Delivery & Exchange Policy

We work together with our logistics partners and delivery couriers to deliver to your address. Please note that once we ship out your order, we do not have any control over any delays in transit caused by any reason. We will work with the logistics partners and delivery couriers to track and trace your order and resolve any issues as soon as possible but this might not be possible always.  

Delivery personnel will deliver the package to the recipient’s doorstep. If the recipient is unavailable, the package will be delivered to letterbox or Parcel Santa Collection (for condominiums), otherwise, the recipient will be contacted to make separate arrangement.  

We highly recommend you to order your school uniforms before the December & January peak periods. Deliveries during December and January may take longer than expected due to festive seasons occurring during the peak period. Do order early in the event of any unforeseen delays during the shipment process.

Direct delivery to a residential address

  • Delivery to all other addresses in Singapore (except Tuas and Pulau Ubin) is chargeable at a flat rate of SGD5 per online order.

  • Goods ordered online will be processed, dispatched and delivery to residential address is estimated to be around 3-5 working days* subjected to item availability.

  • From November to January: Delivery may take a longer processing time, this is subjected to item availability during November to January.
    There may be 2-4 days delay due to high volume during peak periods or holidays.

  • Receiver’s contact number is mandatory upon checkout so that delivery personnel can reach the receiver in case of any unforeseen circumstances.


  • Jeep Sing Fashion processes orders we've received up till 9 am on our working days. Please note that you are unable to change the shipping/delivery address or phone number of an order once it has been placed and paid. Therefore, please check through your shipping address details thoroughly before placing the order.

Pick-up at Our Retail Outlet

    • Pick-up at our outlet is available at least 2 working days after the online purchase made. You will receive an email notification indicating your order is ready for pickup.

      • Receipt or invoice must be printed and brought along / digitally shown as proof of purchase during the collection of goods.

        • Goods will be returned to the shelf if not collected after 30 days. No refunds will be made.

          • Retail outlet operating hours.

            Monday to Friday : 10am – 1pm, 2pm – 6pm
            Please do not come during 1pm to 2pm (Monday to Friday).
            Saturday : 10am to 2pm
            Sunday & Public Holiday: Closed 

        Pick-up at PCF Centres (applicable to PCF customers only)

        • Delivery to selected PCF Centre is Free of Charge.

        • There will be no delivery of uniform to kindergarten centres during school holidays

        • Please ensure the child is CURRENTLY ENROLLED in the selected centre, otherwise, goods will be returned to our outlet. Child’s name is mandatory to verify order recipient and for centre staff to identify order owner.

        • Goods ordered online will be processed, dispatched and delivered to selected PCF Centre approximately 7 -10 working days.

        • Unfortunately, PCF centre deliveries are only available for selected centres.

          If the PCF centre you're looking for isn't listed on our website, you'll only be given the option of home delivery.

          *Please do not indicate another PCF centre when you checkout your cart and request for the delivery to a PCF centre that's not listed. Requests to amend self-pickup to PCF centre delivery will not be entertained as well.

        • Kindly do not make any of the aforementioned requests to avoid having your orders voided.



        Exchange Conditions

        • Goods sold are NON-REFUNDABLE.
        • There is strictly no refund of the delivery and online processing, picking & packing fee (for both Uniforms & Nametags) under ANY circumstances. The processing, picking & packing fee covers only partially the total costs of processing, picking and packing online uniform orders. 
        • Goods sold are exchangeable within 14 days from date of purchase at our retail store with the physical receipt or 14 days from the delivery date upon receiving the items via delivery with the email invoice as proof of purchase for online purchases.
        • Goods sold are only exchangeable at our outlet or mass sales locations (during Nov/Dec).
        • Uniform items sold are only exchangeable for items within the same category (and of the same school uniform).
        • Goods can be exchanged provided that the products are in ORIGINAL condition, i.e. not washed, not worn, not altered, label not cut and in original packaging.
        • All exchanges are subjected to stock availability.
        • Our exchange policy does not cover damage resulting from unique, accidental, or random damage that is the result of negligence or wear and tear.

        Jeep Sing Fashion reserves the right to deny an exchange on any items where the above conditions have not been met. We thank you for your understanding.
